Move in Expenses

Application fee, $35 per adult applicant (18 years of age and older)

First months rent, pro-rated rent occurs during second month of occupancy.

Security deposit, often equal to monthly rental rate but may be increased depending on application results.

Administrative fee, due at lease signing in the amount of $50.00
